This was really helpful in understanding what's been happening. I began liver supplements earlier this year, and they have been huge for reducing small fiber neuropathy, reducing fatigue, and lowering resting heart rate. I've also been taking an antihistamine to reduce inflammation more recently. I have POTS, hEDS, MCAS, long covid, celiac, Graves, ME. Everything worsened when I moved to 7200ft. I need to move to a lower altitude to get my system out of sympathetic and into rest mode.
Elevation certainly affects us more. If you consider subclinical hypoxia from inefficient cellular energy use, even small amounts of reduction in oxygen fractions will impact you more than others. Liver supplements can be effective because they have more enzymatic properties than others, but you do have to careful as they have more bioactive peptides and enzymes as well. Porcine glandular tissue can be very effective too, but same problem.
As a four year Long Covid sufferer I have worked with a couple doctors who were willing to think out of the box after going through all the tests and blood panels. I tried the majority of the prescription meds others said would work. They didn't. As more information was released it became a toss up as to whether the vaccine caused post vaccination syndrome (PVS) or whether the symptoms were caused from having covid three times. Either way, what's mentioned in these articles is a lot of what we discovered that actually works to allow a person to live a semi-normal life. The part about autonomic dysfunction is 100% on track. We can all credit RFK Jr for releasing previously buried information concerning this. Hang in there folks. We're all going to get through this together.

I also think among a lot of neurological response, pain, and severe pssudo allergic and hypersensitivity response that I got PVS from vac!
